Return and Refund Policy :
* We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
* You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
* We need an unboxing video of the item for understanding that you actually received damaged, defective or incorrect item.
* We need the unboxing videos for verification purposes to prevent fraud, ensure transparency, and streamline the return/refund process for our customers.
Why Unboxing Videos Are Needed:
- Proof of Condition: An unboxing video serves as objective evidence of the product's condition upon arrival. This helps determine if damage occurred during manufacturing, packaging or transit.
- Combating Fraud: Both buyers and sellers can be victims of fraud. A video helps prevent situations where a customer might falsely claim an item was damaged or missing, or a seller might send the wrong or damaged or an used product.
- Simplifying Claims: In case of a valid issue (wrong, defective or damaged product), the video provides concrete evidence needed for seller and its logistics partners to process insurance claims and resolve disputes quickly and fairly.
- Accountability: It creates a clear chain of evidence, ensuring that all parties (supplier, courier company, platform and customer) are accountable for their part of the process.
* Returning the items for "Change of Mind" are not accepted. We allow returns only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
* We don't provide any kind of warranty or guarantee on the quality of the products available on our online store. So, returning for any kind of quality concerns of the products are not accepted.
RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS:
Note: For raising return request, we suggest you to wait for a 24 hours period of time after receiving your package as the delivery status may take upto 24 hours to be updated as delivered after the actual delivery time. Then only you can raise return request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive any wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned (we don't give any guarantee on these items), like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, seeds or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for any liquids, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Returning the items for "Change of Mind" are not accepted. We allow returns only for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for prepaid orders. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For COD orders, we will ask for your bank account details to send the refund amount to your bank account directly.
